The Customer Service Rep., S. Johnson was very knowledgeable about the process. She actullaty had previously dealt with the seller and handled everything with much professionalism. Everything was as promised and on time. I would use them again if the need arrises. The driver delivered and was even nice enought to call me a few hours before the delivery so that I did not have to take off work more than necessary.
