First I have to say Angels has a very good communication procedure as the dispatch office will call as well as the truck driver before the pickup and after the pickup as well as before the drop off and day of the dropoff. They are the middleman between the customer and the actual trucking companies/car carrier companies as they will choose the company that best serves your geographical area and destination within their network. I had a decent car carrier per phone conversation but the day of pickup(Friday), Angels called me to tell me the truck had problems and couldnt make it and another carrier would be taking over if they could find one soon. They called me that day to tell me a new carrier tomorrow (Saturday) would come. I said ok and requested afternoon due to a doctors appointment in the morning. They called ater Saturday afternoon and said new pickup day, Sunday, they would come and they did. So my original friday pickup got picked up Sunday for those reasons. A little off schedule so I had to work around that. Not Angels fault but they did a good backup plan to help me out. In Miami, my Tuesday delivery never came. They asked once if the driver ever got my car as a followup. I said yes it was picked up. Odd call but ok. They called that Tues night and said they would come Wed instead and they did. So off by one day at dropoff. No big deal. Its a far route so I expected it would have been possible for a delay. The car was in tact and fine. Definitely recommended. Good communications. Good services. No real problems.
