Delayed pickup; lack truthfulness about time frame

Angels agreed to a Thurs-Sat pickup window, and then called that Saturday to say they still had not found a carrier. They then promised a carrier for Monday, which turned into Tuesday and then Wednesday. Each time someone was supposed to call 2 hours before the pickup. I had already left town and my neighbor was stuck waiting and waiting for a pickup that came days later. Finally I stopped communicating with Angels and just talked with the contracted carrier to get some realistic times on pickup and delivery. Angels even called me to see if the car was ever picked up and delivered (information they should have known from the carrier). Clearly a break down in communication between them and their carrier. Next time I will avoid a middle-man; their role was useless.
