Angels Moving called before and after every stage. They called to confirm pickup window, called to confirm pickup time, called to confirm driver confirmed pickup. Then they called to ensure car was picked up, on the other side they called to confirm the car was delivered to my satisfation.

I felt this was a good amount of contact to make sure the process went smoothly.
