Angels Auto was excellent. The carrier they chose could have been better.

Everything was very good except when the driver tried to lower the car from the truck.
the carrier was All-Pro and I got a novice driver that almost drove my car off the side of the truck. All he had to do was drive backwards in a STRAIGHT line but that was too hard. Instead he decided to turn the wheel and aim for the 15' drop. Fortunately, the other driver woke up from his nap (he woke up because he felt the huge 18-wheeler trembling and moving as the other driver tried to drive up the ramp and could not) re-aligned the car in the truck (something the other driver could not do) and lowered my car perfectly.

The only suggestion to Angels Auto would be that they should be more aware of the capabilities and competence of the drivers that are handling their client's cars. They should have a say on what drivers will handle their cars and request that no novice drivers be used.
