Second Time: More of the Same!! Great Service!

I needed to have a truck moved from the south to my home in Massachussets. I had used this company previously and you can read my earlier review--> they're very reliable and work hard to be helpful in a challenging business.
This was a bit of a unique move. I had purchased the truck many months earlier and the owner finally requested that I move it asap.
I called Dina and informed her of my situation. She gave me the honest and straight facts about the likelihood it would be moved within days or weeks. I trusted her as my previous experience had been first rate and she explained how we'd approach it if it wasn't picked up within a week.
Once again, they followed through and my truck was picked up in about three days. The owner was very happy as the people picking it up were absolutely wonderful, helpful and accomodating.
In the middle of the transport I had to leave the country for business.
I didn't expect the truck to show up in the three days I was gone so mistakenly didn't tell my wife to expect it. ( my bad!)
The driver call while I was away wanting to deliver the truck. He had my cell as the primary phone number so was dialing it while I was overseas. Obviously he got no response.
He went out of his way to get in touch with my wife. They then delivered the truck at "her" convenience; helped get it settled and went way above and beyond. Needless to say: my wife was very appreciative.
Is this to be expected? Obviously not.. But I've had two shipping experiences with this company and both times real life issues on my end could've made the delivery a problem. Both times this group went out of their way to be helpful. Most importantly, Dina and Kathy are first rate in coordinating the move and being upfront about the potential time delays etc. that can't always be anticipated.
I don't work for these guys! But having moved a number of vehicles across country as a collector and restorer let me share this. If you want to pay to have a personal enclosed transport deliver your vehicle then go ahead and do so--> it's costly but you should hopefully get what you pay for. If however you want to do it a FAIR price, work with reasonable and helpful people who seem to me to go way above and beyond--> look no further. Dina and Kathy are the best.
Lastly, if you're one of those handful of jerks who wants the former at the latter's prices-- do these gals a favor and go elsewhere.
