Angels Moving Autos was a helpful outfit with very good customer serice. One of their representatives called me twice to check up on the process - once just to let me know she would be out of the office the next day.
The car was picked up within days of placing the order and delivered on time by the auto transporter (Motion Express). The truck driver seemed very knowledgeable and generally helpful. The vehicle wasn't delivered until late in the evening (previous delivery estimate was afternoon), though I assume delays are to be expected. My car was pretty dirty, but it was also driven cross-country, so that's to be expected also. No damage.
Overall a great experience.
