Additonal charges with overloading

The only thing I am not happy is that they said I can load my car with stuffs (as long as below the window), but when the drivers came picking up my car, they said my car was overloaded and need to charge me an additional $150. I bargin down to $100. Still I was not told in advance that they will charge me for loading too much stuffs-something need to be aware when getting the quote. They pick up on time, but delivery was several hours later (not much trouble as they still delivered on the same day). Overall I am happy with Angels Moving Autos and their contract drivers.
