First, this is an unsolicited review. On this site, look to the left and click on the rankings of transport companies in the last 2 years, one year, and last 30 days. Note Angels Moving Autos is in the top 10 in each one of these categories. Prior to calling Angels Moving Autos, I read at least 20-30 reviews on a total of 7 companies, all of which were picked for five star ratings. With Angels Moving Autos, I was greeted warmly by Emily and then I was asked for the dates I needed and I was then given a quote. I had some other questions, and without asking, I was connected to the owner, Dina, and she answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I couldn't believe the owner would take time to answer my questions!! With this company, there are NO hidden costs, only one driver, and daily
updates (by Emily or Sarah) as to the progress your vehicle is making across the country. There is a window of time given as to when your vehicle will be picked up and delivered. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES FOR A SMALLER WINDOW OF DELIVERY. NOTE THAT THIS IS VERY UNUSUAL. MOST COMPANIES HAVE A ROCK BOTTOM FEE FOR A VERY LARGE WINDOW OF TIME FOR DELIVERY AND THEN IN ORDER TO GET A SMALLER WINDOW OF TIME, THEY ADD ANOTHER $100-150 TO THEIR ORIGINAL QUOTE. In the end it is still a leap of faith. All of these transport companies are brokers that then connect you with a carrier. The transport company cannot control the driver that is chosen and what he/she may do along the route. I can tell Dina has gone to great lengths to only use carriers that are reputable and reliable. She also has a staff that is both knowledgeable, friendly, and totally committed to sharp customer service. I am a physician and basically I felt like I was putting the life of my daughter's car in Angels Moving Autos' hands. As with medicine, no outcome can be guaranteed, but Angels Moving Autos sincerely did everything it could to assure a successful, timely delivery of my car. Many thanks to the crew at Angels. Each of you seemed to be "heaven-sent."
