From the time contact was first made, they were prompt, efficient and courtious. They arranged a great transport (covered), and the driver was friendly and prompt. He was a Marine, just back from Iraq...we enjoyed talking to him as he unloaded the car. The car arrived ahead of schedule (48 hrs from Boston to Indy) and in great shape. The price originally quoted was the actual price. I was kept informed throughout the process. This experience more than exceeded my expectations.
