This was my first auto ship experience. Overall I give it 4.5 star. I think Angel auto did a good job for finding the driver to fit my schedule. Though $175 service fee is a little pricy , I think the girls in Angel auto worth it. Because if you do it alone without any experience, it's very hard to get the right auto ship company to fit all your need, such as your schedule, your route, your budget... That's what Angel auto is doing, just like google search, except google is free. Angel auto gave me the lowest quote I ever had, and the delivery time is minimal compared with those pricy household mover company. And also the drive is Darrell from Darrell Allen Trucking Inc. He's dilligent. On the day for delivery, he was stuck in the storm and traffic. And he didn't get the driving direction from me until the very last moment. It took him a while to find my address. When he gave me the car, he was all wet...

The reason I gave Angel auto 4.5 star is because:
1. the online quote ($575) is different from actual cost ($675)

2. they told me the delivery date (Nov 3), which is different from what the driver told me (Nov 6 or 7) when he picked up the car. I guess there's misunderstanding between the driver and Angel auto.
