We were very impressed with the customer service and driver know how. Sarah and Emily called and e-mailed us to keep up to date on when to expect the pick-up and after pick-up to let us know exactly where our auto was and when it would be delivered. They were very courteous and answered all our questions patiently as this was our first experience with auto shipping. The driver called to let us know exactly when he would be here, and when he was close to the designation called to tell our daughter he would be delivering the vehicle the next morning , and he was right on time.
The driver was very careful with the auto, and for that I was very grateful as it was my deceased son's car. It was very important that the car get to my daughter safely.
I appreciate this company very much.
