Mr. Lipe contracted his auto shipment with our company in September of 2006. He claims his vehicle was damaged during the transport. Unfortunately, this business is not perfect and damages do occur. However, in this case, Mr. Lipe did not make any notes of damage at the time of the delivery of the vehicle. His claim after the fact makes it impossible for us to file an insurance claim because he noted that he received the vehicle in the same condition it was released in. Unfortunately our hands are tied in any way of helping him recover any loss. The insurance laws are very clear, and we inform our customers to do a thorough inspection upon delivery and note any damages on the inspection sheet.
