poor carrier selection

Angels transport assigned me to a carrier named Triple T and provided me with incorrect contact information so that I was unable to contact them about the shipment for several days. I kept calling some guy in TN who had no idea what I was talking about. After a struggle to get the correct phone number, Triple T said they would pick it up in two days and all arrangements were made but they never showed, then the same thing the next day, and the next day, and the next day...as some point they finally picked it up but the dealer at the pick up location was really frustrated with the whole situtation as he spent lots of time waiting and then no shows. After pick up, the delivery took as long as expected. I don't think there was any vehicle damage, but there was transmission fluid all over the car which took some time and effort to remove. Angels may be good, but if they assign you to the Triple T carrier you may want to reconsider. Next time I will probably just drive myself. I do feel like Angels was responsive and worked hard to make things go smoothly, given the situation.
