Conducted all business via phone. Was told credit card would be charge $100 deposit then the rest upon receipt of vehicle. Driver changed pickup date, time and location. Also, driver did not answer phone. Driver decided to suddenly drop off vehicles at 9am on a Sunday, 3 days early. None of the companies involved were available. Driver threatened to take my car to Washington DC and put it in storage "somewhere." After calling him for 2 days, he doesn't answer or call back then suddenly I am supposed to meet him at 9 am on a Sunday morning with $875 CASH while Angels is telling me they are going to charge my credit card. There was nothing in the Bill of Lading I signed that said anything about cash on delivery and Angels definitely did not say that over the phone. So at 9am on a Sunday I'm scrambling to find cash for a random driver, who doesn't have a cell phone because he left it in California so he doesn't take my car to another state 5 hours away and dump it in "storage" somewhere. No one in this event acted in good faith in this agreement.
