I did a lot of research! For various reasons, though I had a positive experience six years ago, I was unable to use the company that I had used previously. I had read a lot of horror stories about the many other brokers and companies offering auto shipping. Angel's was very busy on my first call attempt and I was put on hold several times. But, all further calls were promptly answered and I got a quote and had a driver scheduled within one day. Even though the driver sustained a serious injury to his hand right before pick-up, everything went smoothly and my car arrived in perfect condition and earlier than I could have hoped for! I had expected it to be delivered in 1 - 2 weeks but it was picked up one day, the driver left the area the next and I had my car within five days after that. The driver kept in touch throughout the trip, which was reassuring, as well. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely call Angel's first before considering any other shipper!
