Information was clear from the beginning. I paid $100 less for a 10 day pick up window instead of 3 days and the car was picked up within 3 days anyway. I was contacted 2 days before the pick up and was given a choice of 2 days. The driver was friendly and flexible about the time he picked it up. I was told it would take between 7 and 10 days to make the trip. The car was delivered in 5 days.
