I was in a hurry to identify a carrier, have them respond, and deliver the vehicle, so I used Transport Reviews to shorten the carrier selection process, which worked very well. I applied online (Web) to expedite the getting-started process with Angels. However, it took over two days for Angels to reply, which is really a broker service, not a direct carrier. If I had known they would be that slow to reply, I could have called on the phone or used a more expensive carrier that was ready to make my pickup the next day. It then took another day for them to confirm a carrier (Donnie's Auto Transport). The carrier was to contact me prior to pickup, but that never happened. Instead, the carrier showed up a day late at the sending agency's place of business, then took nearly a week to deliver the vehicle. Angels provided no progress of the carrier while they were in transit and the carrier did not contact me until several hours prior to delivery. To their credit they remained in contact, delivered on their agreed schedule, and were very business-like. My vehicle was filthy, but that's the chance you take with an open transporter. Overall, I was pleased with the price quoted by Angels and with their professionalism. They knew I was in a rush, but could do no better than they did with the schedule. Once the schedule was set, pickup was late, but delivery was on time. Communications could have been much improved from Angels and Donnies; however, the outcome was positive and I'd use Angels and Donnie's again.
