All larger long distance moves come with gltiches, so did mine. The Broker (Angels) were helpful in finding a transporter for my car. How much control they have over their transporters is not given to the end customer which is not so good. My original pickup was cancelled 1 day before and I was told that within a few days that they would find another driver - I had 2 days left before my furniture was to leave so that wasn't an option. I was luckily contacted the following day and Angels found another driver. My car was picked up and the driver was very kind and answered all my questions. Unfortunately in their business, pickup and delivery times are not set in stone. So if you ar eplanning on a move of your car through one of these services, give yourself lots of leeway. Overall, the service was good once I got use to knowing that their pickup and delivery times were very fluid.
