We turned to this company based on reviews in this website after another company failed to appear to pick up our car weeks after the reservation date. We got excellent and prompt service - they found a shipper for the car THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, and he showed up at our place a few days later. They made several follow-up calls to keep us updated and make sure everything was going alright. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and all the information they gave me was always accurate (which, after our experience with another company, I learnt not to take for granted with these brokers). Waiting times on the line when I called them were reasonable. It took them about a week to transport the car from CA to CT, and it arrived without a blemish. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
