Poor customer service

Was called this morning to be told the truck broke down. Young lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung the phone up 3 time in my face after I told her I did not want the date she rescheduled. I was getting stationed at Fort Lewis, Wa on Jan 6 and was leaving by plane on that day so the 9th of January was not going to work. I got it that life happens and trucks break down, but the attitude and rudeness because I expected what I paid for is unacceptable. My main point is they will not give you a refund based off a contract you signed ,but it is ok for them to break it with no penalty? They also agreeded to the date on it and it is suddenly your problem to make it work for them if something happens . I, of course, was not able to get a refund but got an attitude and rudeness instead.

There were sarcastic comments from the young lady and then afterwards a gentleman on" how there must not be anyone else that live in Texas" because I told them I was get restationed in Washington state and that my family and I were all packed up and wouldn't be here, he laughed as he said it. No problem, I like consistancy and dependability because I like to build rapport and trust, this company will have neither from my nor the hundreds of Army Soldiers I will run into for the rest of my career.

I am forced to do what I have to do but will not be so nieve next time. I am pretty sure they are a awesome company when they can get things to work.
