I contracted to ship a vehicle from Illinois to Arizona. They quoted $1,198, with a $300 deposit, which was not refundable. I paid the entire amount upfront, of which $300 was to be the deposit. A week later I called and emailed to cancel the shipment before the pickup date. Stacey indicated that she would be keeping the entire $1,198, and that she considered the entire amount to be the "deposit". I should have read all of the negative reports on these people before contracting with them.
