She, Tachian called at 12:09 today eastern time from Hialeah, Florida. She said she was returning my call from yesterday. I informed her that we were having a winter snow storm here and I had so many quotes and I was reviewing each one and running them by Transport Reviews site for customer rating. Her attitude changed and she began to say things with such a nasty attitude. It's not what she said but how she said it. I quickly ended the conversation and deleted her company name from the list.
"Anyway Transport" - you need customer service training for your employees. They are bad for business. We rely on strangers in choosing a transport company or in buying anything on line. We look for honest and caring people on the other end of the phone. People we feel we can trust, along with relying on web sites like "Transport Reviews".

Let me restate that I did not choose their company to transport my vehicle because she was rude coming out the gate.
