I posted a review on August 22, 2009 wherein I described that I tried to schedule my car for pickup within 2 days from my first phone call. I know that is asking a lot and they tried very hard to meet my needs. In the end, it simply wasn't possible because we couldn't reach a driver in time.
I was promised a full refund, and in fact, I have now received the refund. Gretel kept her word and I thank her for that. There is a new owner, I think his name was Oscar, and I thank him too for honoring our agreement.
I would trust the new owner as I received what was promised. This is simply a follow-up to note that I did receive it.
