This might be one of the biggest scams in AMERICA. I had called them for a quote and when they told me I would get a $500 gas voucher in the form of a Visa Debit Card I was sold. They quoted me 550 with a deposit of 125. I happily gave them all my information and they called me back with the date. Well, 2 days past the date we were supposed to have the car picked up, they said the driver wanted an extra $100. And if i didn't want this, i would be waiting around because aparently the drivers pick their victims on how much they pay, so the exta $100 would get the ball rolling faster...
We had to move quick because my husband is in the Army so we didn't have time to sit around and wait. So we left the car at my mothers. 2 days later the guy came to her house to pick up the car. My mother said he reeked of alcohol and was slurring his words. GREAT! He ended up getting the car out here with in about 2 days suprisingly enough.
Well, here it is April and we had our car moved in January... no voucher... nothing. Everytime I called them the number was either busy or an answering machine was on! Good luck getting through to someone.
I am just lucky my car is here and lesson learned... If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
But I will never use this car transport company again...Its a rip off and if I can save anyone any trouble, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
