Around the World carriers is not a company I would reccommend to ANYONE! We dealt with Krystal Pearce on August 17th 2015. This is my 2 nd review with a update. We had never dealt with a car carrier other then military shipment overseas. Krystal was polite with the 1st phone conversation and the collection of our $200 deposit. She claimed on that day she would be in touch with the details the next day. The next day there was no contact from her. I rang her on the following day which was a Wednesday. She made the excuse of their phone lines being down. She then proceeded to say she was getting the drivers info and would ring us back. She never did. I had to ring her once again that Friday and listen to another lie. At the time we were desparate to ship our vehicle ASAP. She continued to not be in contact and proceeded to say to others we were not her customers. Really our paypal statements said you got our money. Why would we pay $200 for nothing? Since then we have rang numerous times trying to get our refund. Its obvious she/ the company ripped us off. We have gotten in touch with several agencies who are assisting with trying to help us. This company is a FrAUD as far as Im concerned. Dealing with Ms Pearce shows that they are not professional. Any company that has her as the main spokes woman who lies and cant be bothered to respond to customers' phone calls by ringing them back with a solution, have hired the wrong person unless thats their speciality~ ripping people off. As of today 9 of September 2015, after several calls+ leaving messages, we still havent heard from Krystal. I have to say the one time I did speak with her 2 weeks ago, she claimed she personally deposited the money and it should clear in a few days. Surprise surprise, no refund. If you want hassles like this, then they are your company. If you want honest and reliable stay away from them. Apparently they didnt like my 1st review and had it hidden. I had to show proof of what I' m saying and tve review was placed back on this site. If you want what you are paying for then this isnt the company to use. We want a refund of our deposit Ms Krystal Pearce.
