This was the very first time that I had to hire a company transport my car. Prior to engage Assurance Auto Transport, I did a lot of research on the web. And I confessed that I almost decided to drive the car based on so much bad stuff we see on the web. I thought this was going to be like rolling the dice and hope for the best. I received quota from several different companies. Assurance Auto Transport quote came couple of hundred dollars higher than the other companies. However, when I contacted the companies with lower quotes, they all wanted a deposit. I thought myself, why they need a deposit? Why can't they charge my credit card when they find a carrier? The reason is simple. The companies that provide you with lower quote are based on a) having space on the truck and b) the wiliness of the truck company to transport your car with that lower rate. Hence, you may have to wait for awhile before your car is picked up.
I contacted Joe Gallo based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe does not beat around the bushes. He is a straight shooter. No small talks, just business. I didn't have to give any deposit and he called me two days later to let me know he had found a good truck company to transport my car. Hence, he only charged my credit car once my car was scheduled to be picked up. My car was picked up in Dallas, TX on the 28th morning and delivered at Indiana on the 29th afternoon. Yes, it took only two days. I was amazed. I was thinking that this was going to be at least a week operation and it took only two days.
Simply put, Joe exceeded my expectations. Joe will be my go to guy anytime I need to transport a car.
