After relocating to CA. I never used a auto transport service before. The online reviews were terrifying with so many negatitive posts about vendors taking your money and not doing what they say they would do or changing the price after you sign the contract. I found Mr.Gallo to be very upfront and honest. He called me to set expectation on securing a truck and the avg.market cost which was right in line with his quote. In fact I got a call the next day saying someone could pick up my vehicle that day. Because of my delay, the vehicle could not be picked up. I got a call 3 days later saying a truck was loxated with a scheduled pick- up date being provided. By the way, I was not charged until a truck was secured for pick up. I recevied several calls along the way providing a status of my vehicle until it was delivered. This is what i call service at its BEST! Don't believe some of the negative posts, this company delivers on their promise.
