Joe was very communicative and prompt with emails and phone calls. Thoroughly explained the process and timing, which was helpful in setting expectations of a car coming cross country. This was a first for me. Though the trucking company was a day late and took some calls to get them there before the dealers left, they too were willing to work with me and keep the process moving. Once picked up, I checked got confirmation from my dealer that the car was loaded up and starting counting the days. I checked status a couple of days later and was told they were running on time, but ended up being a day or two early, which was great. Though the car was dirty from the trip, no problems noted, all paperwork and keys intact and a courteous delivery guy. I'd use them again.
