APAT was contracted to move my vehicle from UT to NC. Estimated delivery was Wed, it showed up on Sat. The first I heard from the APAT driver was on Sat. Had to contact the 3rd party broker several times over the last few days to get information on the driver's whereabouts and revised delivery timeframe. Proactive communication goes a long way in my book, even if it's bad news (ie, I'm going to be later than expected for reasons beyond my control). Disappointed in customer service from this company. Vehicle was white, but showed up almost black from road grime due to open road transport thru weather. I get that is beyond their control. But when asking about possible damage I couldn't see thru road grime, driver was quick to point out "doesn't matter because that's not covered anyway." Overall, just not a positive experience. Would not use APAT again. Oh, and the windshield was cracked but I couldn't tell from the road grime.
