The ' F' rating and 6 complaints are viewable at BBB NC (mine is not included yet). I have had the 1st big scam after living in the US for many years. Atlas is one of the 3 corrupt business colluded together to turn the table on me.They are located in 3 different states and make it difficult to complain or sue. The carrier, Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's in Colorado made 3 damages in shipping my car, and told me when I picked my car at delivery before I paid that they will clam the loss from their insurance dept, but a few days later, they denied partial damages, then at the end they falsified that I added something more back to the Bill of Lading. Atlas delayed for more than a week to give me the insurance company's info despite I asked everyday. Finally Patricia East wrote to me intentionally "THe Insurance Company is Timberline Insurance Agency , Inc." and the scam was followed by the insurance agent, Daine E. Martin in Wyoming, declined my claim in all possible ways. When the carrier falsified that I added some items back to the Bill of Lading later, Patrica East supported the carrier and never gave me a chance or took a look at my so many self-speaking evidences. She always said "I was told.." how come she never listens to my side? It's because the carrier is the one who gives her long term business. and I have already paid her.Patricia only pretends to help, very good at manipulating the facts and confusing people on purpose. She told me to do something, and used it later to speak against me...As a broker, she never gave me any information to protect myself at all, although i paid her $149. Anybody out there who has similar experience/frustration to deal with any of these 3 businesses and need help, please feel free to write complaints to Federal Trade commission at www.ftc.gov,FMCSA CA (where Atlas got licensed, although it's NC on the order form), and the federal level of Dept.of Transportation at www.protectiveyourmove.gov, BBB.org and State Attorney General, www.ripoffreport.com.
