We were transporting my daughters car from OH to California. This was a very stressful time and the idea of transporting a vehicle made things even more stressful. I can honestly say that from the beginning process of getting a quote and to the delivery as well as some final paperwork the customer service I recieved was excellent! I would recommend Atlas Car Transport to anyone. I was very impressed that the compnay they had actually transporting the car kept in touch with me, The driver was very patient with my questions and upon delivery he was a professional I was impressed that in the middle of Downtown L.A. He could manuever a large car carrier, shut down a center lane, back cars off and do thisi with out any trouble at all. There was a small mistake where I had been charged the deposit twice which was actually my fault. I thought they never charged my credit card for the deposite so I notified Atlas before the car was delivered because I didn't want to not have enough money on me to pay the driver. When the mistake was caught and we realized I had actually been charged prior to the pickup of the car Atlas refunded my money immedialtely to my credit Card.
