Wolfgang and his team was very unorganized. I started the contract and gave them the information on who would be giving them the car but when I called to check on the status the young lady who answered the phone refused to give me an update even though I had the order number and all the information. I still called back and spoke to Wolfgang later and received the information. I waited for the date to when my car was supposed to be at the destination just to find out that the car was never picked up. No one contacted me and let me know there was a problem with the driver. When my contact tried to find out what the status was with a new driver Wolfgang said he would call back...no call....my contact called back and again Wolfgang said he would call back.....no call. This went on for three days until Wolfgang said he considered that harrassement and refused to pick up the car. He then refused to return the deposit. When I tried to contact Wolfgang and get his side of the story and find out when my car could be shipped he would not return my calls. Three hours later I got him on the phone and explained to him that I had someone else to ship the car and I needed the deposit back. He said he still wanted to assist me but I told him I was already with another company and he then agreed to return all but $50 fo the deposit. I then informed him that I would be calling the BBB and the miltary hotline to ensure he does not do this to any other Soldier again. He then became very irrate with me and then hung the phone up while I was talking to him. He stated he would do the refund on Friday but when Friday came along he called and left a message on my voicemail saying he found a driver as if nothing had happened. Please be very cautious if you need to use this company and only use them if there is NO Other company available.
