Ashley was a life saver. After a failed attempt with another company to move my Buick from California to Colorado Springs, I contacted Auto Carrier Group. Ashley she was so friendly and very personable, but I was so skeptical after my experience. When I spoke with her on the phone, I explained the horrible situation I was in, and expressed the reservations about trusting another company. She sounded genuinely disappointed at what I had gone through and promised she would do everything in her power to make sure my car gets moved and she promised me that she wouldn't charge me anything until my car was picked up. Although she took my credit card information upfront, she kept her promise. Not only did my car get moved within 2 days, she didn't charge my card until it was on a carrier. I had lost my deposit to the previous company because some cancellation fee I was unaware of but I'm just happy I found Ashley and my car arrived safe and sound.
Everyone please take it from me, if you need a reliable company look no further.
