Yes, we admit that sometimes it would take more than usual to assign a driver from many of reasons, but, the facts speak for themselves, with thousands of our satisfied customers. We can prove our ability at all times. The customer has the right to cancel his order by sending us an email informing about this. This Customer was never sending us any cancellation email or told us to stop assigned him a driver, and only after we have assigned him a driver he informed us that he does not want our services anymore. Unfortunately, the cancellation was contrary to our agreement and the customer is not eligible for refund.
