EXCERPT FROM THE BBB COMPLAINT:
========================
On 3 January I contacted Auto Cars Transportation (Reggie) regarding a vehicle shipment from Colorado to Mississippi. Reggie told me that upon placing my order, my vehicle would be picked up within 48 hours. I gave my CC info to them in order to reserve the space for my vehicle. Reggie told me that he would pass me the driver's information ASAP for me to arrange transport.

Tuesday, January 4th comes, and I call and speak to Abi. He mentions that they are still waiting on the driver to confirm the pick up and they will pass me the info.
(I have this in writing on the email). I wait all day Tuesday for a confirmation and no contact from either Reggie or Abi except an email that states that my vehicle is scheduled for pickup on the 5th Wednesday.

On Wednesday, I call Abi and ask for the driver's contact information again and Abi mentions that they are waiting on the driver to contact them and that they should have the info by 1200. He tells me that everything is on schedule and as long as there are no weather or vehicle issues, my vehicle will be picked up on the 5th. At 1330 I call and speak to Abi and he mentions that the Driver has yet to confirm.

I give them an additional 3 hours to confirm and finally I ask Abi if my vehicle is truly scheduled for pick up, and if there is truly a driver assigned. Abi says "No, your vehicle is actually not scheduled, we don't have a driver assigned"..
This is a stark contrast to what I was led on to believe for the past 3 days. I informed Abi that since my vehicle was never scheduled, and no driver or date of pick up was actually confirmed,
I would request my deposit back. Abi asked me to send an email to info@autocars requesting cancellation and a refund.

Throughout the conversations over the phone with Abi, he led me to believe that I was truly being taken care of and that my vehicle was on schedule to be picked up on the 5th . After numerous calls form the 3rd through late afternoon on the 5th, I finally get a straight answer from him stating that the vehicle was never scheduled in the first place. After further conversations with other companies that offered to provide the service. All Abi did was take my deposit and place my car on a National Board hoping that a carrier would pick up the vehicle and agree to their low-ball offer and claim the contract. He wrote one thing via email and spoke another.

It looks to me that both the email he sent me regarding their cancellation policy, and the Quote receipt are contradicting each other and this contract should be void. There is no legal way that there could be 2 different terms of service for this company and an additional term stated on the phone. The contract states that I can't cancel within 72 hours of scheduling. My vehicle was never scheduled. Therefore, I am entitled to my full deposit.
=============================
There are a few more back and forth conversations between Abi and I. He still doesn't see the light. Bottom line, they are Scammers and Liers, who change their company name/address every 2-3 years of bad service just to stay in business.

Their contract is lop-sided.. with no light in sight for the customer to have any form of leverage.

Hi Richie, We are very sorry the delays the great blizzards of 2011 caused. The fact is you would have had the delays with any company. Readers need to understand this. No carrier driver is going to drive in dangerous snow/ice. There was a miscommunication between the dispatcher and Avi and we apologize you were given incorrect information. But the end result was the same. Weather delays happen with any company.
