No pick-up - no refund

After Jack assured me a pick-up within a few dar or latest a week a trucker was assigned but didn't show up. Weeks went by with many phone calls ( some of which were returned) but with no action. Finally Jack stopped calling back and my new contact was Simon who was polite and returned my calls but after 30 days with no action I decided to cancel and seek another trucker. It has now been almost two months since the cancelation and many phone calls requesting a refund of my $200.00 deposit. Beware!!!
