ACD is a broker, not a carrier so you'd expect to have updates as to the whereabouts of your car since that's their job...the middle man. I was promised these updates by online tracking and/or phone calls. I had neither. The mechanic who was storing my car called me to say the car was picked up, not ATD. As the customer I had to be proactive to find out where the car was and when it'd be delivered. The last day I had to call the driver twice to see where he was because Dave wouldn't call me back, not even to say that he couldn't get a hold of the driver. The delivery was days late and nothing was said.

The pickup time was on schedule. Due to severe weather in the Midwest, I was told the delivery would be delayed up to 2 days. It took 3. Not a big deal, but I was told I'd be called back but many hours after calling ACD, I'd have to call back to get the status. I'd call in the morning and find myself calling back late afternoon after hearing nothing. If you can't get a hold of your drivers, then don't use them!

Also, not a big deal to me but I was told "all my carriers put the car on the top". Again, not the case. Instead, a WRECKED vehicle took one of the top spots so my car arrived filthy.

When it came to calling me and giving an average quote quickly and being personable, ACD did good job. The followup was below average in my opinion since I had to do the legwork of finding out what was going on.
