My first time dealing with a broker for shipment of a vehicle purchased online turned into a nightmare. I was flooded with calls and emails which immediately overwhelmed me. Not understanding the process, I used recommendations to select a person and company for brokering. This person did not help me understand how the brokering worked and left me hanging for 7 days waiting on a driver to accept my bid!!! Craig came to my rescue! He was persistent, helpful, informative, honest, and ever-present to guide me through the process. Craig found a driver for shipping my vehicle within 12 hrs. (including overnight) and had everything in place immediately. Craig made phone calls to ensure the vehicle was picked up and delivered accordingly and kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot recommend Craig and his services enough! He sensed my apprehension and bewilderment and took control of the situation to make my life a lot easier with this shipment.
