I dropped off the car at their Canton, MA location in late June. The staff was pleasant generally but odd at times. At one point the lady who processed my car asked me to drive the car 500 yards toward her for inspection after we took a few steps outside. Pick up was promised two days later but was a bit late. This all in itself was not a big deal. At the time of the contract, I was promised the car would be delivered within 7 days from pick-up. I called them seven days later when the car was not yet delivered and was told the truck was in Detroit, MI and will tentatively arrive a week later. The lady didn't know much and asked that I call back in three hours (courtesy much?) and was superficially contrite when I informed her I'd have to spend several hundred dollars extra to rent a car for the week in order to go to work. To top this off, the car arrived (as promised a week later) smelling like a can of WD 40 inside. This is a brand new 2011 model and there were oil stained markings all over the front driver seat and inside the door. Needless to say, I will not use this company or recommend it to anyone ever.
