Elite has my highest Recommendation. FAST, painless, courteous service at the lowest "real" price. I’ve been a licensed Miami Attorney for over 20 years where I’ve seen all types of fraudulent business practices. Auto Elite Transports is an exemplary exception by providing top customer satisfaction with the highest integrity. My brother was going to drive a car from Virginia to Texas but his plans changed at the last minute on July 2nd. So, I secured several dozen Internet quotes which ranged from $500 - $1,050 from brokers across the country. Two other transport broker informed me that truckers typically charged $750 for the route so their $850 - $900 total including brokerage fees was the lowest I should expect with a “real” transport broker. I learned bait and switch pricing was rampant in the auto transport industry, so was skeptical about using any broker without a barrage of questions and analysis. After analyzing all quotes in a spreadsheet on the morning of July 4th, I contacted Auto Elite since its $650 was the lowest quote not requiring a deposit. Despite it being a holiday, both Elise and Marjorie fully answered my questions and agreed to see if my car could be transported for $600. So I signed an electronic contract to place my shipment on the “clearinghouse exchange.” Elise said to give her until the 6th to try to secure a trucking company for my offered amount. She called the next day stating although she tried my $600 amount, she was able to secured a transporter for $650 total (original quote) that could pick-up my car in the evening. After I gave her the ok, she collected my small deposit (broker’s fee) and provided the truck driver’s contact information. The driver called and kept my brother abreast of his arrival time until he arrived a few hours later. Like Elite, the driver was courteous and kept us informed. He willingly agreed to place the car on the top rack of his transport. The car was delivered in front of my house 2 days later on July 7th without incident. After inspecting the car, I paid him the remainder of the delivery fee. Upon further inquiry, the truck driver verified that $750 was his going rate excluding broker fees. Although I’m skeptical of any industry that’s full of brokers, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Elite Auto Transports. I still don't know how she was able to do it for an amount lower than the other "real" brokers, but she did it in a fast and painless manner. I cannot emphasize including Auto Elite on your final choice list when deciding upon a transporter.
