The dispatcher Marjorie Garcia was very helpful throughout the process but the transport team was unprofessional. B&D Fast transport lacked honesty and communication throughout the entire process with the client. As the client, I had to abruptly change my schedule several times to accommodate their unprofessionalism. At the end, the car was transported to my residence safely. I owe large amount of gratitude to Ms. Garcia for being transparent throughout the entire process.
