This entire process was flawless and easy. Kevin was awesome. Once I filled out the contract paperwork and sent it in, he was calling me on the same day to let me know he received the signed paperwork. This was approximately two weeks after I initially enquired about having a car transported. Other places told me it would take up to seven days for them to find someone to pick up my vehicle so I expected to have to wait and told Kevin that anytime in the next seven days for pickup would be okay. Kevin called me back the next day and told me he had a drive in the area to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was picked up and delivered with no issues the following day after pickup. So let me recap for you. I signed paperwork on Thursday, received a phone call from Kevin on Friday saying my vehicle would be picked up on Saturday, and my car was delivered by an on time and professional driver (Aurel) on Sunday. Like I said in the beginning. FLAWLESS AND EASY! I will definitely use Elite in the future when needed. TWO THUMBS UP!
