Our car was picked up 4 days later than we were expecting which caused us to have to rent another vehicle for an additional week, plus the driver wanted more money .Those additional costs were very hard for us because we're on a tight budget. We could have waited for another driver to take our initial quote offer, but every day we waited we would have ended up paying even more in rental car fees. I was not present when my vehicle was picked up, but my father said the person was nice and thorough when doing a check of the vehicle. I was surprised when I got a call 3 days later from the driver that he'd be there with my car later in the evening. The driver was very nice and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know his progress in order to give me a better time frame. The car had no damage and was in the exact same condition as we left it. I would consider using this company again in the future and would recommend to others.
