Allen worked with me and kept in touch with me about driver availability and anticipated pick up and delivery times, which were as promised. What I liked about his service was that he didn't give me a 2-3 day "window" like other companies, and we settled on exact dates from the beginning, which was great! The driver delivered the vehicle in pristine condition, and earlier than expected. The only reason for 4 stars is because the driver's fee was a little bit more than initially quoted, but it wasn't unreasonable and got me the delivery day I wanted. All in all very fair and good experience and I would definitely use Auto J&D Transportation again. Thanks Allen!!
