If I could give this business a no-star rating, I would. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up 3 days ago, I am completely stressed out for something that should’ve already been taken care of. I booked this pick up 6 weeks ago and was assured and reassured that there was not gonna be any problems. Now, they barely communicate with me and I try calling for updates and they can’t give me one! They don’t even have any idea as to where their driver is! I feel like they do everything last minute. UNPROFESSIONAL.
