Received a quote. Worked to get everything sorted for the transport. Then the failure to call to provide updates on pickup. Then I had to constantly contact the company for updates, even when the pickup time passed and was eventually told the driver’s truck broke down. New driver arrived the next day. Rates were increased without consulting me and we were out of options. Spoke to the company and they asked to keep $50 for administrative fees and would refund the rest. They won’t respond to my emails or pick up the phone. And we have a signed contract.
