I paid J and D for a 200 dollar quote they offered up to get my business. I paid 100 up front. Then the driver they found needed an extra 75 dollars! 275 total. I told them the quote was for 200, honor it. Mike Santos agreed to cancel my order, called Matson Long beach and canceled. Now he refuses to respond to my requests for refund of my 100 dollars! Crooks! DON'T TRUST THEM! 3 unanswered emails as of Monday 10/25/2020
