We shipped our car from FL to NY without incident. Pedro called earlier than expected to ask if the car could be ready that afternoon for shipping. The driver called as promised and the pickup was completed within the expected timeframe. Actual delivery was moved from Tuesday to Wednesday and the delivery was two hours later than promised but the driver kept us notified so the delay was manageable. The car was handled with care. We would use them again.
