Thank you for submitting your review. First, we would like to clarify that Auto Movers USA did not provide transportation services for this customer. He requested 2 quotes for the same transport: The first one on 8/20/2020 at 12:40 PM and the second one on 8/20/2020 6:53 PM. One quote was for ASAP pick up and the other was not.
He called in later that day ready to book his order. During this conversation he asked for ASAP transport, we sent him the order link for ASAP pick up but he decided to sign the STANDARD transport (at a lower price).
He called us the next two days asking for updates, which were provided.
Today, Monday 08/24 dispatch spoke to him twice. The first time we gave him an update asking for some additional time for our driver to pick up.
He called us back a second time insisting we should pick up today otherwise we should pay his storage fees starting on 08/25. Our agent brought up the fact that he did not sign the order for ASAP pick up and gave him the option to cancel. At no time did our agent act hostile or yell at the customer, he simply explained this but the customer became upset and threatened to leave this review.
Auto Movers USA then proceeded to cancel the order per customer request.
Any other opinions/claims from this customer concerning our reviews are completely false.
